Uses RPLL runway 06 to the Cabanutuan departure (SID 1 on the VATSIM charts I have) and the NOMAN transition to the IGS approach--the infamous Checkerboard approach--for VHXX 13. You really want to print out the chart for that approach, as it's tricky. Additionally, the final DME needed for that approach (LLZ DME)isn't in X-Plane's database, so you will need to add it. I may post a corrected plan later to replace this one.
I also suggest you have the VHXX 1.0 scenery available from the .org, as it has the Checkerboard on the approach.
